About the role

As a cleaning leader at Renum Privat AB, you will play a central role in teaching, driving, and developing the team. Your main focus will be to ensure that cleaning staff meet their goals through coaching, follow-up, and quality assurance. You will also be an important part of developing our upselling.

Responsibilities

- You will plan schedules and coordinate daily cleaning tasks.

- You will teach and advise both new and experienced cleaning staff on-site by cleaning together.

- You will ensure that cleaning staff follow company guidelines and maintain a high standard in their work.

- You will follow up on feedback, complaints, and damages.

We are looking for someone who:

- Is professional in their communication via email, phone, and in-person with both customers and staff.

- Is experienced in working with data systems and Microsoft Outlook.

- Has a strong ability to build, train, and lead a cleaning team.

- Is structured and results-driven with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Has a strong interest in coaching and developing employees to reach their full potential.

- Holds a valid B driver's license.
